With great sorrow, Kawasumi Laboratories America announces the passing of Mr. Ronald Lamb,

age 59.  Mr. Lamb, after a short illness, lost his battle with cancer on June 10, 2010. 

Mr. Lamb was a dedicated Kawasumi employee for the past 24 years and was President of KLA

since the U.S. subsidiary began in April, 1991.  Mr. Lamb’s work history included

Baxter International located in Chicago, Illinois, USA.  His experience with

Baxter included assignments in Japan, Argentina, Colombia and Europe.

Mr. Lamb was preceded in death by his mother and father.  He will be lovingly remembered

by Kathy, his wife, and two children, Jessica and Nathanial.  The staff at KLA and all

who knew and worked with Mr. Lamb will remember him for his passion and

commitment to the development and growth of Kawasumi Laboratories America.

It is with deep sorrow that I must inform you of the passing of Mr. Ronald Lamb,

President of Kawasumi Laboratories America. During this transition period.  I would

like to take this opportunity to inform you of my appointment as president of

KAWASUMI LABORATORIES AMERICA, INC. While this position entails a number

of new responsibilities, with your support I am looking forward to this new challenge.

Especially this fiscal year as it is the first year to execute my long terms business plan in

KAWASUMI LABORATORIES, INC.

Under the new company theme, "Create New Values for the Customer ", I would like

to create an environment what we could grow to sustain.  Also, I want to encompass

KLA as a valuable member of KAWASUMI LABORATORIES.
